Its centering, size of margins, color, freshness and original gum simply cannot be improved upon. It is particularly extraordinary to find the Four Cent value with such an incredible quality, as it is one of the most difficult of all the 1914 Perf. 10 Coils to obtain in gem mint condition - let alone sheer perfection. Not only is this the highest graded example, but we feel quite confident in describing this as the finest #446 pair in existence, whether graded or not.An incomparable gem for the collector who seeks out only the very best available.
