2d. deep bright blue, Plate I, variety double print with the first impression quite faint though remaining quite apparent to the naked eye, good to large
margins nearly all round; a couple of marks on face and considered to be used. An appealing example of this very rare and seldom offered stamp. Holcombe Certificate (1995) states "the first impression a dry print and shows mainly in the outer frames
