"#" cancel, margins are large showing full rouletting at left and partial at right, fresh light rose color of the first issue, only minor flaws including a couple of insignificant edge tears, otherwise very fine; catalog values are for the normal stamp; 2001 RPS of Victoria certificate not mentioning the variety; ex-Col.
