imprint rarities of the entire Kangaroo series, with only three imprint
blocks of four recorded (see previous lot) and it is conceivable that this

centered and margined throughout, o.g., l.h., extremely fine;
ex-Baillie (for a block of four A$15,000).

according to the ACSC, only three JBC monogram pieces including the

four with a significant fold over creating a huge, essentially imperforate,
margin at right on the top right stamp, plus the bottom right stamp is
imperforate at top right, with large perforated "stamps" in the right sheet
margin, o.g., couple of small tone spots, overall very fine; a most
dramatic fold over, which has yet to be listed in the ACSC; a perfect
multiple for an award-winning exhibit collection (cataloged incorrectly in

kangaroo, the top right stamp [3L6] in a remarkable complete left pane
of 60, with all sheet selvages intact, centering ranges from fine at the
top of the sheet to very fine on the lower half, o.g., n.h., there are
stray gum toning spots which mostly do not show through to the face,
lightly folded along three horizontal rows for ease of display; a wonderful
unit to display this ever popular and rare Kangaroo variety, showing the
exact position on which this variety occurred (for hinged variety A$2,750
and 59 n.h. normal stamps A$19,175).
