III design characteristics to show extraordinarily well, lovely "powder" blue color and a well defined impression, beautifully postmarked by a desirable red carrier cancel, completely sound but for a tiny and insignificant surface scuff in the bottom margin mentioned for accuracy only, still very fine and quite choice; a select used example of the rare Type III from position 99R2, which produced the finest and most distinctive example of this type; clear 1978 PF certificate and a 2006 PF certificate.
