Earl P.L. Apfelbaum, Inc is a family owned, 4th generation Auction firm that
has been in business since 1929. They specialize in U.S. and Worldwide stamps
and are one of the oldest and largest philatelic auction houses in the United
States. They hold a Public Auction every three weeks throughout the year with
over 2500 lots in each sale. Lots consist of singles, sets, collections,
accumulations and specialty items.
As the Public Auctions are listed on their website and posted through Stamp
Auction Network, they serve an International clientele with hundreds of
bidders participating in every sale. Bids are accepted through the mail, over
the telephone, through our Phone Bid System, by email, fax, through Stamp
Auction Network and live, over the Internet, during the Auction. There is a
catalog printed for every Auction, along with photos, and 75% of the lots are
scanned on their website. They accept consignments for Pubic Auctions as well
as purchase outright and through Private Treaty.
