1166	Ou	130	#130, 24c Green and violet re-issue, a marvelous quality used example of this re-issue, being in a condition that is seldom encountered, possessing outstanding centering within extra-wide margins all around, deep luxuriant colors and strong impressions on fresh paper, light and unobtrusive duplex cancel which are found almost exclusively on genuine used re-issues, extremely fine; only a minute number of the 2,091 sold of this re-issue value were ever used, fewer still survive today, and we doubt many are in better condition than the gem offered here; 2008 PSE certificate (XF 90 Jumbo; SMQ $2,850.00 for 90 and $5,450.00 for 98); the sole example to have been given this Jumbo grade, with only one used example grading higher (95).
