Inverted, an attractive appearing used example of this rare and popular
invert, with colors that are a good deal stronger than what is most often
encountered, plus its impressions are detailed on bright paper, while
centered just slightly to the bottom right its is sufficiently well
centered to clear its perforations all around, light circle of "V's" cancel
which does not obscure the inverted central vignette, minute perforation
tip crease and a tiny tear, neither of which affect the stamp's very fine
appearance; 1983 PF certificate (mentioning only "a tiny perforation
