#132, 90c Carmine and black re-issue, a
remarkable quality used example of this important re-issue rarity,
exquisitely centered within enormously large margins all around, its colors

clean paper, fully intact and even perforations all around, with crisp
portions of New York numeral grid cancels from the duplex cancel as opposed
to the nebulous unidentifiable cancels seen on some used examples,
extremely fine; the Ninety Cent 1869 Re-issue is one of the rarest to find
in used condition with only 30-50 examples estimated to exist, of which
the example offered here is one of the finest available, being an
incredibly beautiful and desirable stamp; 1978 and 1999 PF certificates;
