rare used single of this bluish paper, with strong bright color, well
centered, lightly canceled with small portion of duplex pmk. that leaves
the face cancel free, very fine and attractive; an enormously rare used
stamp that virtually never appears at auction; only ten used copies of
the Six Cent Bluish Paper have been certified by the Philatelic
Foundation, of this tiny population, only four, including this example,
are sound; 1984, 1988 and 2006 PF certificates.

extraordinarily large balanced margins, fresh bright color and sharp
impression, neat portion of Saginaw, Michigan oval pmk., very faint

which detracts from this stamp's magnificent and extremely fine appearance;
clear 1984 PF certificate and a 2006 PF certificate.
