#39, 90c Blue, an attractive appearing used
single of one of the most difficult of United States stamps to acquire
genuinely used, the stamp offered here has a long history of being
certified genuine, being exceptionally well centered and with especially
intense color, wonderfully cancelled with central blue grid
postmark, tiny pinhole and expert repair at bottom right adding a small
portion of the margin, nevertheless of very fine appearance and among the
very few certified examples in existence; 1943 RPS and 1988 PSE
certificates, as well as 1988 and 2006 PF certificates.
