pristine top left corner sheet-margin example of this important modern
rarity, well centered, unblemished o.g., n.h., extremely fine; to date,
only four sheets of 50 each (200 stamps) have been reported of the
perforated 12 variety, making this one of the rarest stamps in United
States philately; the example offered here comes from position one from
a sheet first discovered in 1989; photocopy of a 1989 PF certificate for
