|
Incredible modern mint sheet collection neatly arranged in over 40
Scott hard-bound mint sheet albums, the collection starts with some 3c
commemoratives from the late 1940's and goes right up to recent 39c values
of 2006, except for a few stamps or sets we made into individual lots, the
collection appears to be a complete run for the period, premium items
abound, including some varieties such as tagged, wet/dry printings, die
cuttings and perf. varieties (including #C98a), as well as all of the high
dollar value regular issues and express mail stamps, there is some
duplication (rarely more than four of each) and this is often on the
premium items or high face value sheets, the recent issues are in panes or
booklet panes if they were only issued in that form, o.g., n.h., very
fine; certainly the most comprehensive modern mint sheet collection we
have ever offered in our auctions. |
Face value $54,000.00
SOLD for $45,000.00

strips or booklet panes included, but this is a very minimal part of the
lot (less than 5% of the face value), o.g., n.h., fine-very fine. |
