blue Hong Kong and Lyon backstamps, red "Forwarded by Carter & Co." oval
handstamp, Anglo-French accountancy marking at top right, marked for 9
decimes due in error (should have been 8 decimes), contents mention silk
trade and Japan, sent from Carter & Co. who used their forwarding marking
as a corner card, some toning, otherwise Fine, accompanied by page
