18-3/4" rate on cover front only to St. Louis Mo., docketed at
leftVERY FINE STRIKE OF THE RARE LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS SHIELD IN BOX
FANCY CANCEL. The shield in box cancel should not be confused with the
shield in semi-circle cancel, which is more common. The cancel offered here
is believed to have been used only during September 1830. ASCC value
