Aug. 1" datestamps on legal-size cover with red United States Assay Office illustrated corner card cover to Delhi N.Y., large red "Paid" handstamp, gently cleaned and with few repairs, otherwise Fine, scarce and unusual cover, the Assay office would examine and analyze substances, particularly metal ores (Image) E. 1,000-1,500
