Rich color, tied by "Cardiff AU 10 1859 162" barred oval duplex cancel and
used from England to Lincolnville Me., bold Ms. "Due 24 cents" and
"19 Cents" due marking, also "Boston Br. Pkt. 24 Aug. 27" arrival due
marking, slightly reduced at left, cover with natural paper wrinkle and
some minor edgewear, Fine, extremely rare incoming usage of the 1c stamp
which was cancelled but not accepted as partial payment, this may be
unique, ex "Patrick Henry" and Kapiloff, with copy of 1992 P.F. certificate

printed circular to Bremen, Germany, red "PAID ALL" straightline
handstamp, Extremely Fine, imprint multiples from Plate 8 are extremely
