U.S. Consul in Swatow, China, large magenta "Paid All" in
double-line circle handstamp applied at San Francisco, endorsed "By
California and China Mail", Hong Kong and receiving backstamps, some
edgewear affects 3c stamps, otherwise Very Fine, scarce franking and usage,
the "Paid All" marking is rarely seen
