APPEARANCE. A REMARKABLE USAGE WITH THE 5-CENT BALTIMORE PROVISIONAL TIED BY THE TOWN DATESTAMP, RATE MARKING AND "PAID" HANDSTAMP. This is the only recorded Baltimore provisional cover with the stamp tied by three different markings. It is
