EXTREMELY FINE APPEARANCE. A REMARKABLE USAGE WITH THE 5-CENT BALTIMORE PROVISIONAL TIED BY THE TOWN DATESTAMP, RATE MARKING AND "PAID" HANDSTAMP.

This is the only recorded Baltimore provisional cover with the stamp tied by three different markings. It is especially desirable with al three markings struck in blue.
