THIS STAMP HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF GEM 100 BY P.S.E. -- IT IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO ACHIEVE THIS PERFECT GRADE, AND ONLY ONE HAS GRADED HIGHER TO DATE.
