IT IS DIFFICULT TO IMAGINE A FINER EXAMPLE OF THIS OFFICES IN CHINA ISSUE. A WONDERFUL CONDITION RARITY GRADED SUPERB 98 JUMBO BY P.S.E. P.S.E. encapsulated (Superb 98 Jumbo, unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98, SMQ $2,300.00 as 98). This is the highest grade awarded to date and the only example to achieve this grade. A review of the P.S.E. Population Report for the underlying stamp, Scott 508, will also give an indication of its rarity in higher grades.
