A SUPERB ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 90-CENT 1860 ISSUE With 2009 P.S.E. certificate (OGph, XF 90 Jumbo, SMQ $7,450.00 as 90, $14,600.00 as 95). Only two have graded higher to date. This is the only example to achieve this grade and also the only example to be graded Jumbo in any grade.
