314 og/nhG image4d ultramarine Cooke Plates with Damaged Lower-Right Corner ACSC 112(2)ub being the upper-left unit in a block of 4 [19-20/25-26], the upper units with minor hinge remainder, the lower units are unmounted, Cat $700+. This variety is priced the same as most other Plate 2 varieties, at $175. In our opinion, it is significantly scarcer than these other listed varieties because, on many (most?) sheets, Unit [19] was removed & replaced with a single stamp held in place by the small gummed tags typical of official repairs. A substituted unit, used and still remarkably with four part-tags, is included in the lot. [The illustration is above Lot 312]  (2 items)
