[Following WWI, Germany was required to greatly reduce its armed forces. This caused great resentment & inspired right-wing elements to attempt to overthrow the government. Rare cards about a little-remembered territorial dispute in the aftermath of World War I. Despite an Allied Commission being appointed to administer the impacted area, formerly part of Prussia, inter-ethnic violence was a constant problem.
