#122, 90c Carmine and black, a magnificently choice used example that is the beneficiary of several exceptional physical qualities that are not often associated with this very scarce and popular high value, including being marvelously well centered within large margins, its colors and impressions are unusually strong, completely free of any of the faults so often found on this stamp, and finally this desirable example has been lightly postmarked by a rare red cancel, extremely fine; Jon Rose, in his handbook United States Postage Stamps of 1869, estimates that less than 10% of the existing population of this stamp exist with a colored cancel, and we highly doubt very many exist at all both in this gem quality and with a colored cancel; 1998 PF certificate.
