IV, an especially attractive mint example of a stamp that is rarely found mint, let alone in this premium condition, being one of the most difficult stamps of the 19th century to find in any kind of collectable quality, while centered just slightly to right, this is considerably better centered than usually encountered, leaving the top and bottom margins well exposed to show the recutting of the top and bottom labels, strong color, slightly disturbed o.g. (the presence of any o.g. is a rare occurrence), very fine; a rarity mint in any condition, as evidenced by the lack of a single mint example in the majority of the great collections sold in recent years (Golin, Zoellner and Lyons for example); 1978 APS certificate.
