VIETNAM, North, "K" in Circle Handstamp Adhesive Cover. Handstamped on cut square and affixed to adversity military cover made of an official document, addressed to "Hom Thu" C2/3111, "K" standing for "Kinh" meaning this was secret and confidential, also accompanied by two other military covers, Fine, only a couple of examples are believed to exist and are very rare due to the fact that messages were supposed to be destroyed upon reading, accompanied by an American Philatelist article (October 2015) by Daniel Telep from which we reference some information in this description (Image)
