THE RIGHT STAMP HAS EXTREMELY FINE CENTERING. A SCARCE ORIGINAL-GUM IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER STRIP OF THREE OF THE 1895 WATERMARKED $5.00 BUREAU ISSUE.
