#102, 1917 "Correos /10 Cts./1917' on 1c Blue Cobija provisional surcharge, Ty. I, an amazing and unique mint example of this very rare issue of which only
1,000 stamps were surcharged, fresh with large part o.g., attractive fine centering; what is amazing about an uncancelled example is that it is believed that even stamps that were not used on covers were canceled by the large Cobija c.d.s. being
applied in the center of a block of four and on the reverse as a control, this has neither and how this escaped is not known, but it is clearly genuine and without cancel; a marvelous rarity of this extremely rare provisional stamp; double signed A.
