Highly catalogued collection to 2000 in two large stockbooks with Chalons x101 including many attractive stamps & a few pairs, stated to catalogue at £40,000+ but plenty of lurking problems and nothing has been expertised; First Sidefaces to 2/- x4 & 5/- x4; 1898 Pictorials including 4d bicolour with Impressive Offset of the Vignette but regummed!, 6d green mint x4 and 5/- used x6 (only one of which has a postal cancel); 1906 Christchurch Exhibition mint set x2 (one of which appears to be unmounted), 3d with Exhibition cds & what is apparently a proof of the 6d frame in green with the 3d ! vignette in brown affixed (??); etc etc, Health M/Ss (some postally used), QEII 2d on 1½d Stars, Decimals with lots of duplication, range of Officials, a few Postage Dues & Arms, etc, also a small group of oversize covers, much is fine to very fine but there are lots of problems in the higher catalogued items.
